Dopamine is a Claude Code hook plugin with two modes. In Degrade mode, it opens YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels in a compact window next to your terminal while Claude handles your tasks — and auto-closes when the work is done. In Progress mode, it detects what Claude is currently working on (React, Python, Docker, etc.) and opens a relevant best-practices article that stays open for reading.
